Two of my people can't work together. What happens first?

I talk with each person on their own to understand what's actually going on. Most of the time the real issue isn't the one everyone's arguing about. Then we bring it into the open in a structured conversation.

Can you help with conflict on a leadership team?

Yes. Leadership team conflict is some of the most expensive conflict there is, because everyone below them feels it. We work through it with the people involved, together and one-on-one.

I'm the one in the conflict. Can I work with you directly?

Yes. Plenty of people come to me on their own to think through a conflict with a boss or coworker and figure out how to handle it. See 1:1 sessions on the pricing page.

How long does it take?

It depends on how long the conflict has been building. Some situations turn around after one good conversation; others need a few sessions. We'll talk about it on the free call.
