I created ModHR to tackle HR solutions. Over time I realized what Modern HR really is — conversations. Lots of them.

Most people who come to me already know what's wrong. They just need someone to sit with the complexity, map the dynamics, and help architect a path forward. I'm not here to hand you answers — I'm here to help you locate the ones you already have, and build a bridge to the ones you don't yet.
